DKV integrates ReHub into their App to provide Online Physiotherapy

We’re glad to announce that ReHub is now integrated into DKV’s digital health app providing a complete digital rehabilitation service. This new feature included in the Quiero Cuidarme Mas app includes online physiotherapy consultations where professionals evaluate patients' conditions to be eligible for home-based rehabilitation service.

During the Mobile World Congress 2022, we interviewed Ricardo Barbosa, Technician in design and research in digital health at DKV, who explains the launch of the new online physiotherapy service.

DKV is a pioneer in telemedicine and now, they are taking one step forward along this line by offering their customers online physiotherapy service through the digital health app “Quiero Cuidarme Más”. The online physiotherapy treatment includes an injury assessment session and access to the ReHub platform enabling personalized exercises, patient monitoring, follow-ups via chat or video call, and patients' guidance with real-time biofeedback.

Currently, "the app has more than 500,000 downloads and almost 90% of users are DKV members, so, this new service will benefit lots of our customer base", said Ricardo Barbosa. Watch the video to discover the full interview 👇
